    i LOVE this one!! I remember to ‘yoga breathe’ many times when i get frustrated, or too busy, or too tired! its amazing what an affect it has!

      Careful…two visits to my blog in one day!? You’re beginning to spoil me (and I’m loving it)! I related to this for the same reason…besides (1) through (5), those deep breaths have “saved me” many times. And all it takes is a few seconds (unless, of course, you have to take several, which oftentimes happens, too!). Thanks again for visiting my blog, Miss Patty!
